Dear Colleagues,

According to its statutes, the IASC would have held its annual General Assembly at the CompStat conference in Bologna, Italy, in late August 2020. However, due to the coronavirus pandemic, this conference has been rescheduled for 2021.

Therefore, the IASC Executive Committee discussed and decided to hold the 2020 General Assembly in a virtual format on Thursday, August 27, 2020. There will only be one item to be voted on: The approval of the short version of the IASC Annual Report (including finances), as included on pages 44-45, 56-57, and 66-67 of the IASC part in the ISI Annual Report, accessible at https://www.isi-web.org/images/registered/ISI-AnnualReport2019.pdf.

Please see below for times, virtual platform, and a draft of the agenda. Updates and access information will be provided a few days prior to the General Assembly.

I hope you and your loved ones are staying healthy in these difficult times.

Best wishes,

Juergen Symanzik

IASC President 2019-2021
