Keynote, invited and regular oral presentations will have 60, 30 and 20 minutes (including discussion), respectively. Authors and session chair persons are asked to strictly follow these time limits.

Short oral presentations will have 5 minutes, without discussion. For these, pdf files need to be submitted before the conference starts.
The main purpose of your short oral presentation is to make the corresponding poster presentation clearly understandable. You can make use slides. Note that your presentation cannot be longer than 5 minutes. Short oral speakers are required to upload their files on the computer put in Room: RY101 before 13:30, Aug 13. Then, a conference staff will help uploading.

All speakers are required to upload a PDF version of their presentation at least 15 minutes prior to the beginning of the session (except short oral).


Maximum dimensions allowed are A0 size with portrait orientation (0.84 x 1.19 m).

The organization will provide boards and materials to fix your poster.

[1] Each presenter is required to put up her/his poster on the board where her/his poster number starting with “P” is described, by 12:20, Aug 13. Here, the stationeries for fixing posters are prepared near the reception desk, and presenters can use them.
[2] Posters must be exhibited on the boards until 13:55, Aug 14. Then, each presenter is required to take off her/his poster
during 13:55 – 18:00, Aug 14.
