Yes. All scientific events are held virtually. However, depending on the state of the Covid-19 pandemic, we might be able to host a limited number of attendees in-person and provide a small social program for them. But all scientific events are held virtually.
The conference is hosted by the Erasmus University Rotterdam, but all scientific events are held virtually. The conference takes place between July 7 and July 9, 2021.
You can register here. Early-bird registrations are open until June 12, 11:59 PM CEST. Late registrations are possible until July 7.
You can submit abstracts here. The extended deadline for abstract submissions is May 15, 11:59 PM CEST.
The scientific events take place between 3PM and 7PM Central European Time (CEST).
We are using the Whova system, which can be accessed on desktop through your browser. There is also a mobile Whova app available, which you can equivalently use to participate in our conference. Note that we have not yet made the conference available on the Whova app (both mobile and on desktop). We will notify all registered participants once we have done so.
