To register for DSSV 2025, please make use of the link below. You will need to complete the registration form. On the registration form you register for the conference, and you can book your accommodation. As outlined on the Accommodation page you can either book a Bungalow or the Skukuza Safari Lodge on the registration form. Other options are available, but you need to book those options directly with SANParks. If you bring your family and require more accommodation, please e-mail dssv2025@sastat.org to book additional bungalows or book through the SANParks website. Should you wish to stay longer than the duration of the conference, note that there are many rest camps in the Kruger Park. Should you wish to stay longer in the Skukuza camp, you can book the entire length of stay on the registration form, subject to availability of accommodation. Please note that July is the height of the Kruger Park season and South African schools’ break. Accommodation outside the conference dates will fill up fast!

Once you submit the registration form, an invoice will be generated and sent to you via e-mail. Please allow a day or so for the invoice to arrive. Once you receive the invoice you will have the option to pay via credit card with secure payment from the link provided in the invoice or via EFT to bank details specified in the invoice.

The registration form makes provision for three accompanying persons. The registration fee for one accompanying person is R1500 which includes the welcome function and the farewell braai. Please contact the organisers via email to add additional accompanying persons. Accompanying persons are welcome to enjoy lunch with delegates, but the SANParks system does not allow for booking additional lunches upfront. Accompanying persons can pay with cash or credit card in the restaurant.
