The applicable registration fee is determined by the date when the organizers receive payment, not when the registration form is completed. The registration fee includes participation in the available sessions, coffee breaks, welcome reception and gala dinner on Wednesday July 5 and (virtual) conference material. If you register as student, please send a copy of your student card to email@example.com or bring it to the reception.
Payment can be done using bank transfer or secure online payment via credit card or bank transfer using MultiSafePay.
The presenting authors should register by the 21st of May 2023 in order to confirm participation in the conference. Only registered participants will be considered for the scientific programme.

Cancellation by the participant Notification of cancellation must be made in writing to:email@example.comIf the participant cancels more than 4 weeks before the start of the conference, 50% of the registration fee can be reimbursed. If the participant cancels within 4 weeks before the start of the conference, no refund will be made. This cancellation policy applies also in case of changing travel regulations and/or in case of a positive test for covid-19 before or during the conference. All refunds are made in euros. The organisation cannot refund any shortfalls due to exchange rate fluctuations or bank charges.
