DSSV 2017 Conference – Lisbon, Portugal, July 12 – 14, 2017

The International Association for Statistical Computing (IASC) is pleased to announce the first conference on Data Science, Statistics & Visualisation (DSSV 2017, July 12-14 in Lisbon, Portugal) that is a satellite conference of the 61st World Statistics Congress (WSC61, July 16-21 in Marrakesh, Morocco).

Notification of acceptance due: May 2, 2017
Early registration due:  March 27, 2017
Standard registration due: May 15, 2017

The conference Data Science, Statistics & Visualisation (DSSV 2017) is the first event of a new conference series. We aim to bring together researchers and professionals interested in the interplay
of computer science, statistics and visualisation, hence building bridges between these fields. The conference will be hosted by Instituto Superior Técnico – University of Lisbon, Portugal.

SUBMISSIONS
Authors are invited to submit an abstract that fits into a page of size A4. The title should be at most 15 words. Please use the LaTeX template file. Authors can submit an abstract (in pdf format) for either oral or poster presentation. All submissions have to be made via the PKP submission page for the conference.

At least one author of each accepted abstract must attend the conference and present it.
